HEALTHY TEA




MANGO TEA BREEZE

Ingredients:
1 lipton tea bag
40ml hot water
1 cup cold water
3tbs mango cubes
4tsp sugar
4pcs ice cubes

Directions:
First dunk the tea bag on a hot water.
Then, in a covered cup put the tea, cold water, mango cubes, sugar and ice.
Shake it well and serve.

This will surely tickle your taste buds. Have fun!

BLACK TEA GULAMAN

Ingredients:
1 Lipton Yellow Label Tea
80ml hot water
80ml cold water
¼ vanilla syrup
3 teaspoon of honey
½ cup of crushed ice
¼ cup of black gulaman or sago

Preparation:
Dunk the Lipton yellow label tea in hot water for a minute.
Remove the tea bag and put the cold water on it.
Also put the Vanilla syrup and honey.
Put it on a shaker then add the crushed ice then shake it.
Put it on a glass then add the sago/black gulaman.
Serve it while cold.

Orange-flavored SOYA milk tea (warm or cold)

Ingredients:
1 teabag of Lipton Yellow Label tea
½ cup of warm water (it depends on the glass size)
½ cup of plain-flavoured Soya milk (any brand)
1/8 Squeezed orange or 4 teaspoons of orange juice

Directions:
1) Put the Lipton Yellow Label tea bag into the warm water. Wait up to 3-5 minutes
2) Pour ½ cup of soya milk
3) Pour squeezed orange or orange juice into the glass
4) Put at least 2-3 teaspoons of sugar then stir it well.
5) Put some 2-3 ice cubes, if you want it cold. Have a HEALTEA DAY!
